We use session storage to retain limited enquiry context during the current browser-tab session, including the landing URL, browser-provided referrer, campaign parameters, and the most recently viewed service or case study. This context is sent to Tested Works only if you choose to submit an enquiry, and the browser clears it when the tab session ends.

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand aggregate website usage. Ahrefs states that its default Web Analytics service does not use cookies or persistent identifiers and does not track people across different days, devices, websites, or applications.

Ahrefs receives the IP address and user agent included in a browser request and processes them with a randomly generated daily salt to estimate daily unique visitors. Ahrefs states that it does not store raw IP addresses and deletes the previous salt every 24 hours.

Ahrefs Web Analytics does not set analytics cookies on this website. You can still restrict third-party scripts using your browser or a content-blocking extension.

The Tawk.to live-chat widget may use cookies, local storage, and session storage to connect a visitor with our team, maintain a chat across pages or tabs, and remember widget preferences. Tawk.to provides a consent form for European visitors; when that form is enabled, Tawk.to states that its widget does not set its cookies or local-storage data until the visitor accepts.

Ahrefs acts as our third-party analytics provider and Tawk.to provides live chat. Their handling of information is also subject to their own terms, privacy documentation, and data-processing commitments.
